Hi - As normal my 9150 (1.00.26 firmare) comes out of full standby 15 minutes before a scheduled recording.

If I switch on the box during this period (so that I can watch tv or check guide/schedules) then put it back into standby before the recording has started, the scheduled program is not recorded. And if its a series link, the series link is deleted from the schedule. The PVR shows the Standby led as green, the timer led as green and the HDD spins down.

Is this a known issue? I can of course not put it back onto standby until the recording has started or is there another fix?

Thanks,

Bob.

I've upgraded my 9150 to DVR2000 but want to keep my 9150 to watch old recordings. How do I link both so they both work? My new one has the aerial and is connected via hmdi to the tv and the old one to the tv by scart. But if l change the tv input to scart, l get no signal message, and the remote won't work when I press menu! Any suggestions?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and looking for some help/advice....

I'm using a 9150 and 9150t together with the same tv (via AV1 & AV2 inputs). How can I program/lock the two remotes so that they don't interfere with each other when I'm changing channel. I want to avoid the hassle of having to unplug one or the other at the mains to avoid this issue.

I've seen on some other threads, covering the same issue on some newer models, that you can do this by pressing 0 & OK at the same time for 5 secs but this doesn't work for either of my units....

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I am having the common 'freezing' problems and the remote failing to respond. I have tried to Automatically and Manually update the software to version .26 but my 9150T is saying it is running version .17 which it last updated in Nov 2009 and there is 'no update available'
Anyone got any ideas? It's driving my wife mad with the constant freezing up

My box stopped working on 14th Dec when there was a general Humax problem. Even after fter long talk-throughs with technical support the new software on my 2 year old box still wouldn't load and then I lost all my channels. I tried just now to set up my replacement box and after reloading and getting halfway through channel search it cut out and displayed No Channels Found again. I have tried all the usual tricks. Freeview signal is fine here for TV and no aerial problem. Any suggestions welcome.

My parents and father-in-law both have 9150t's which have stopped responding today with the same problem. There has been no scheduled update for this model this week so another model must have affected them. My 9200t is ok. Just noticed that the 9150 update has been brought forward from friday to 10am thursday. This may be a fix.
