I still using my 4OOOT, bought it new when the model was already getting old. It still mostly works well, but it hasn't had a software update since May 2022, so has HUMAX stopped supporting this now?

I accepted that the ITV player no longer works with the 4000T, but recently some of the player's have had trouble loading and are not appearing at all on the "humax players" screen, including YouTube causing much frustration. The 4000T is connecting to the internet in the settings, but I'm not getting the usual pop up on screen message saying so since having these issues, seems unstable, is it a loading issue perhaps? Any help or advice would be very welcome, thanks.

Has anyone else noticed you can no longer cast to YouTube on the Aura?
Outdated firmware apparently, confirming suspicions that the Aura has been abandoned.

Hi, newbie here so hello to all! I have owned a 4000T for a couple of years now and really would not like to be without it, especially for the catch up apps and YouTube. Regarding the YT app, does anyone know if there are any planned updates to it? Specifically I would love to see some way of after getting searching results being able to select a drop down box to select when the video was uploaded eg in last week, last month etc. Of course this option is available on PC website, app etc but to have it on my TV app would be handy!

I have had the Aura for the last 3 days and I am hugely impressed with it. I am having one small problem with it namely Youtube. When watching Youtube videos sometimes the machine will completely reset itself. It's like the power has been pulled. It is completely random and can do it after several minutes or more than an hour.

Has anyone else had this problem and know of a fix for it? Maybe the Beta software has solved this problem? Any help would be greatly received.

Just lately when I try to type in a search on YouTube player as soon as I go to start all of the letter grid disappears from the screen just leaving the Space Clear,Search tabs. What has gone wrong?

Is there any chance Humax will address the problem with the search function. I first raised this in November but still the same. I can view ok on my Firestick so definitely a Humax issue.

When usung the search menu, the alphabet just disappears as soon as an attempt is made to use it.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is this a known bug? If so is there a timeline to get it fixed?

Noticed yesterday evening that the YouTube search feature is deleting the first ABC row of letters then the rest when I try to search for a artist or topic. My box is the FVP-5000T and YouTube is working fine when I watch through my Firestick so down to Humax I guess.

Well the the grey box issue on YouTube seems to have been sorted, but now the on screen keyboard disappears when you try to use it. Any ideas ??
