I've been using the Portal for a long time with no problems, I now get an error message "An error occured whilst launching the application" However, the internet is shown as connected in Wi-Fi Setting.s I cannot see the I Player etc. on the screen, but it's there because I have to Exit to gain access to the Menu and it says Humax Portal has ended.
It came back briefly on Tuesday morning, which seems odd.
The Humax Helpline told me to re-set my router and turn the Humax off and on, I did this & it made no difference.
Now they want me to reset to Factory Settings. Will this work? It's a lot of trouble having to reset all my programs, but I'll do it if it will work.
