Hi. Have fox sat HDR with motorised dish. 2 feeds. We keep getting conflict messages when recording. On accessing secret menu it appears that with the motorised setting you cannot choose twin feeds.
Why is this or am I missing something ??

No, it's a well known limitation of the Foxsat-hdr with a motorised dish, It basically reverts to a single tuner only box. Works OK with multiple lnbs and diseqc. It is after all a freesat+ box.

Welcome to the forum and sorry for the bad news.

Thanks. I need to have words with my retailer then......!!
Am I correct in thinking that if I change it to a two feed unit All programmed channels are deleted ? What about recorded programs ?

    No recorded programmes are retained.

    Update:
I changed from motorised to 2 cable input & all the Tv recordings ARE retained. Obviously you have to do a re-tune but thats fairly quick.

No record conflicts now - but no easy changing satellites

    Just reread my post.
I should have said No, recorded programmes are retained.
