Hello, looking for some help. We have a Humax HDR-1000S 1TB.

For the last couple of weeks it's been working ok in the day but stops working in the evening. The message on the screen says no signal, yet in settings it suggests the tuner 1 is a strong signal. Many thanks for any replies.

I have trees that block my signal and there'll be times during the day where the signal gets through and other times it won't.
There's a really good website for checking for obstacles:

If there aren't any obstacles, is there any pattern to which channels don't work,i.e. all of them, certain ones and which ones?
What's changed in the last couple of weeks - quite often there's a logical explanation - the signal will be borderline and then something local in the environment changes tipping it over.
    This may help:

One possible scenario is water ingress in the F-connectors at the LNB. Recently in my area the days have been mild, dry and sunny, whereas in the evening it's chilly and everything is covered in condensation, including the dish.
