No TV signal when DTR-T2000 box is off

    Looks a bit complex! What are the screw fixings on the side of the splitter box for; are you supposed to screw it to the wall?

    Wouldn't something like this do the job, as it seems simpler:

    It's so you can screw it to a wall (you don't have too). It makes a neat installation. These are used by professional installers.

    The item you link to is likely to have significantly higher losses than a decent one and is probably poorly screened. You can try one but if it causes issues it doesn't mean that a decent splitter won't do the job.
