    I have been happily using a Humax for over three years.
    On 22nd May I moved house, new house had dual LNB, plugged in Humax, everything carried on working fine.
    Sunday (27th July) I went to view BBC1 and got "no or bad signal", most other BBC channels were the same.
    Checked manual and decided to go for a full retune. could not get Humax to recognise Postcode.
    Further reading decided to try manually tuning with the following results ...
    (the Satellite is identified asFreesat 28.2E)
    Transponder :: Strength : Quality :: Qty Channels
    10964 H 22000 5/6 :: 90%:100% :: 10 (all 5s)
    11023 H 23000 2/3 :: 100%: 90% :: 5 (all BBC HD)
    11097 V 23000 2/3 :: 100%:100% :: 4 (all ITV HD)
    11126 V 22000 5/6 :: 90%:100% :: 2 (Ch4HD & 4seven)
    11464 H 22000 5/6 :: 100%:100% :: 7 (all BBC red button)
    I did try going through all the other transponders but never got Strength and Quality > 50%

    My question is (before I call a man out) I assume because the channels I can receive are good quality there is nothing wrong with the Humax box, the connectors, the LNB cables or the satellite dish.

    So I'm guessing is it just that the satellite dish needs re-aligning ?

    All the best and thanks in advance

    Your issue sounds quite similar to mine although I lost all signal. It happened yesterday (28th July) although I know we lost power over the weekend whilst we were away so this might have been behind it.

    I've just posted a thread about my problem and how I fixed it. It might help you, it might not. Good luck.
