    Hi,
I have a Humax 9150T PVR which has given good service until developing a fault recently. On start up the unit just keeps on repeatedly launching the Application Loader software (running a4.39) When it reaches 100% a small "click" is heard from inside the unit before repeating the same routine over and over. Any ideas please?

Thanks for the reply Barry. Unfortunately, I cannot get as far as bringing up the menu screen. After the loader bar has reached 100% the screen goes blank and starts the cycle again. I notice also that the standby light is green throughout and will not respond to the remote. The fan also stops and starts, during the routine I have described. Thinking of perhaps a power supply problem?

Are you saying you can't get into the menu even with the aerial removed?

This problem has been reported a few times previously and I don't think we have ever found a satisfactory solution; hope I can be proved wrong.

Yes, Biggles that is correct. There is no interaction with the remote at all -aerial in or out.
