Can't get confederation cup on 303

I'm supposed to get the HD version but I just get a frozen picture of the channel I was on before.
Not managed to get the new update and still on 12.7.10. Is this the problem? Or is it my region - Scottish?
Btw I am going directly to 303. Red button does not work...

Region should make no difference.
Direct entry by pressing 303 on remote, just tried it again - working, also tried via red button, working as well T1000 on latest.

So now I can get 303 (the tennis) and also the firmware update, but I have a very jerky picture and no sound!
I've made a video which may or may not demonstrate the problem...

Just tried 303 on T1000 now playing Nadal match, all ok, give me two mins and I'll boot a T1010 and check that as well.

Signal strength: 83%
Signal quality: 100%There's no break up in picture at all, only constant stutter and no sound.

Is 303 OK via your HDR T2?
Trying to eliminate transmission/transmitter problems or your unit.
