Hi. I have recently taped a programme on my Humax and wanted to watch on another TV or Computer but nothing recognises the external Hard Drive as I had to Format it on Humax to be able to copy. My Humax is a few years old now and has few problems but I am Wondering if I can somehow get my Toshiba Canvio storage back to make use of it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are we talking about a HDR-FOX-T2 or a HD-FOX-T2 ? The former has an internal hard disk. I am guessing the drive is formatted in the Linux EXT3 file system. To read this on another device either the computer has to be booted into linux or a Linux file system driver installed (eg EXT2FS).

To reformat the drive you need to use Windows Drive Management.
