Getting registration code

    Hi, I have had 2 5000t's recently because i sent the first one back, with the first one i had registered the serial and setup the remote recordings, i setup an account and got the registration code etc

    now i have the 2nd unit i deleted the account i made and created a new one and have now tried setting up remote recording on the 2nd unit and everytime i press ok on the screen to get the code, nothing at all happens?

    the unit is connected to the internet and everything functions thats internet based but no code will come through for me to setup a new account to remote record.

    any ideas?
