Thanks for the replies, will pass up the line to Humax Towers.
Humax are still investigating - I think they as baffled as we are to be honest.Hi Barry
Perhaps you could let Humax Towers know we are back in the mire!
I don't know whether it is related but in the ~ 22 hour period bewteen my last having COM7 reception and noticing it had dissapeared, the Reading area had some torrential downpours (~09:00 on Wednesday 26 August).
Regards
Scott

My contact at Humax Towers has left the company unfortunately.
Whilst I'll endeavour to ensure they are still aware those who continue to have problems should report issue to humax support, and keep reporting it each time you come across the issue.
I've seen a couple of reports emails are 'bouncing' using the above address, if that happens let me know in this thread.

ScottNow you mention it, I seem to remember last time wondering if it was related to the sudden change to very wet weather.... Maybe there's a leaky roof somewhere!

Thanks for your continued support and efforts to take this up with Humax. I'm sure I'm not alone in hoping that at some point we get a technical explanation as to the "why" we are having this problem. Even if I continued to get no COM7, a reason for it's absence would at least be something.

Probably being a bit too hopeful here but I don't suppose anyone has heard anything new on how/when we might get our Com7 back?

I have got COM7 back today, after an automatic overnight software update (BT Youview). It would be nice if it stayed permanently this time.

Well spotted - I can see it again too. I did a retune last weekend and it definitely wasn't there then!
Hopefully here to stay this time
