Hmm. No refurbished Fox boxes. Gone for good?
No info on warranties, unless I'm missing something. Maybe the site's still being developed.

Just checked warranty situ James:
'Standard 1 year on new and 2 if you register'
Is the response I received from Humax Towers.

I suppose some of the retailers (such as JL) would kick up a fuss if the 2nd year was just included as standard.

Two years warranty unless otherwise stated. It states on the Grade A units 1 year warranty.

Unless otherwise stated, all products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the
manufacturers guarantee for a period of 24 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults
caused by accident, neglect and misuse. This guarantee is personal to the buyer, and is not

I've seen that before, but I don't see how it fits with Humax's reply to Barry that the standard warranty for a new box remains at one year. Especially given that the website no longer mentions this.Sojo - 6 minutes ago »
