No subtitles sometimes on BBC iplayer

    Hello,
    The subtitles on BBC iplayer sometimes work, sometimes not. There seems to be no clear pattern. Restarting the Humax box doesn't make any difference. Sometimes going to a different programme on the iplayer makes it work, then it goes away again. It's not that the subtitles are not carried on the stream, as I can go back to the same programme and find the subutiles are back, or vice versa.
    Any ideas anyone?
