[i]hello, help required to a new comer, my humax hdr 1100s will not allow me to record and watch another channel ?. this is our first attempt but failed. when we set up to record all appears correct, but when we return to watch another station it tells us there is a clash and cannot do both. we have 2 cables in - we have power cable in - we have hdmi in. apart from this hiccup all works great. at my age and machines are not compatable !!!.
any help please. thank you.

Hi welcome to our forum. Suspect your 2nd cable connection is faulty.
Goto settings-system information-signal info. Look at te message at thhe bottom it should say Freesat box connected with 2 cable. Then read this thread.
