Ok--so easy question--REALLY REALLY EASY QUESTION-plse how do i add an app to my family apps on my freesat/freetime box....I have opened an account, signed in, have no idea what my registration code is ( IT IS NOT locatable anywhere on the humax -and when logged in to my account on my PC--there are no instructions to on how to add an app--there is even an on screen apology !
This is all a MESS--how can something so simple be soo complicated .Surely if no other apps are addable--the site should just say so--and not waste peoples time ,signing in, giving personal details, and sending customers nowhere!
MOST UNSATISFACTORY-Has anyone else been utterly foxed by this runaround?

Yes I have, I have been trying for two days to get a connection. I have entered my router Wifi password which has been accepted by my brand new Humax HDR 1800 and each time I click on Humax TV portal it comes up with connection failed. Is this a common problem?
