Upon trying to retune my Humax YouView box, for some reason after numerous attempts it refuses to give back BBC 1 or 2.
The only problems with trying a factory reset is I guess I would lose my saved recordings?
Any help much appreciated.

1. Software Reset
2. Factory Reset (keep recordings)
3. Factory Reset (delete recordings)
4. Internet / USB recovery (keep recordings)
5. Internet / USB recovery (delete recordings)Follow the link in post #2 to see how to display the menu that has all 5 options.
