I've tried to download the update but nothings happening. It says download progress should be on screen, I've got no signal with the usb stick in and front panel showing bbc1??

OK I've got it to download but my TV screen is green with no programs? HELP

Also I can't access any menus, the humax logo comes on at initial boot up then when normally a channel comes on its the green screen!
Tried re-loading the software, turning the machine off/on again.

What make and model of TV? have you tried a different HDMI port on the TV? If the TV supports CEC try turning it off on the HDMI port the Humac is connected to.

It was working fine until I did the update. I will try another port but would it be that as it already has been working with the current port?

I'm thinking of installing the old version back on see if it works then.

Turned off the Anynet/CEC. Still no good.
