    Hi all

When the Box is powered off, UpDa is displayed for two seconds before the box is put in standby.
What shall I do to clear the message?

    Regards
    John

Why do you want to ? At a guess the box is backing up the epg to the connected hard disk.

    Thankyou.

I thought that it might indicate that an update is available.

Last software update for the HD-FOX-T2 was back in Jan 2015.

Just guessing it's been a long time since I had a Foxsat-HD. I imagine it's writing data to an attached recording disk. Could be the epg or recording schedule (or both) for retrieval when the box is re-booted. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Have a look at any recording disk activity (led light) to check when you put the box into sby.
