Am I unlucky? Today, Humax sent me a replacement T9300, for mine, which had developed three faults, while under warranty. This evening, settling down to catch up on the Aussie soaps, found one had only recorded the first ten minutes, then packed in. The second was recorded in full. Watching the recording of "Escape to the country", at the review stage of each property, when a text overlay is shown over a view, "it" acts like a gramophone when the stylus jumps a couple of tracks. The track is there, as I rewind to the overlay, and I can watch it.It's not a surprise when this happens on a 10-month-old PVR, but how come it happens on one straight from the maker?

    Welcome to our Forum

'Short' recordings can be a symptom of being tuned to more then one transmitter.

As for the glitches in Escape, I do not record this programme but can sets some tests if no one else offers any advice.

I would have another word with Humax support.
