Remote control has stopped working - unit failing to respond.

    Hughie, have you tried restoring default settings? This has resolved my problems and I haven't lost any of my pre recordings either! Perfect result!

    The manual is HERE but I don't think there is any new content relevant to software v26 as the file name hasn't changed since I downloaded it yonks ago.

    9300 software was transmitted yesterday and again tomorrow. 9150 software is being transmitted today so your 9300 won't find any software today. Read the whole thread for links and more information.

    My 9150T wouldn't update automatically or manually, Error message E-HW.
    Restored default setting as suggested, and then updated manually. Bingo it works.

    hi I've been experiencing the same problem with my 9300 since last night - no response from remote or box after about 20secs after turning on/off.

    Have got software UPTTF 1.00.19. It's st for automatic updates but states that the software is March 8 2010. Tried manual updates but says it can't find new software.

    Funny thing is - it's all started working properly againin the last half hour - still the same software version

    I have tried updating via null modem cable and flash9200 I get it starting and then reporting "waiting for 2" and an error code on the screen of E-UT
    My system ID shows as 4847.5a7d
    Update date jan 13 2010
    software version 1.00.19

    Now what have I done wrong??
