Bought a new 1010s today fully connected to wifi but no on demand service available not sure what the problem is but needless to say am extremely disappointed

I'm sure there is a simple solution, but we'd need a bit more information first.
There's no such thing as fully connected to wifi; however the very first thing to check is whether the box is on the latest software, take a look at this link from a few days ago for further info...
