Just purchased a refurbished Humax 2000T to replace a BT youview but cannot seem to get any TV apps. I have seen that iPlayer is not now available but is ITVX still supported or any other Apps.

I think the only TV player the 2000T has had is iPlayer and I don't think that is supported now. I am certain that it has never had ITVX.
