My 5 year old HDR-2000T has developed an odd fault whereby it crashes and wont fully boot up but rather cycles through showing a Blue LED and the Humax flash screen, then immediately crashes again. Usually recovers after being powered off for a while. I've done an HDD check and it says it passes.

    Any ideas?

However I think at some point soon I'll need to replace it.

I can get the same again for £90 or upgrade to the FVP-5000T for £190 or I can opt for the Aura.

    Thank you
    Simon

You haven't by any chance happened to add a NAS device to your network with a DLNA server? Is your Humax connected to your network?

You might also consider the Manhattan T-3R.

    Hi

    No NAS added or network.

Manhattan T-3R looks interesting but I like the idea of Google integration.
