Hi there, xan anybody help me. My 2000t HD recorder had lost ALL HD channels and I can not retrieve them. I noticed that on the scan is limited to channels (frequencies) 22-28. but I believe that the HD channels are outside of the scanning parameters shown on the box. I do not wish to factory reset as I will lose all my pre-recorded programs. HEEELLLLLPPPPP https://myhumax.org/forum/my-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_redface.gif

Please can you tell us which transmitter you think you should be receiving from? If you don't know then can you provide your postcode?

You will not lose your existing recordings if you factory reset.

Thanks Martin for responding to my issues about loss of HD channels.
I have found out what the issue was. It was a poor Snap & Seal connection.

Well done; poor connections can create a "notch" filter that removes a particular multiplex.
