Should that read NO antenna signal detected?

If so I suspect a defective LNB. Freesat units require a a signal from a the home transponder at 11428 H 27500 2/3 at initial install or retune.

If you try switching to non freesat mode and do a free to air scan you would get lots of channels.

Sky units use a vertically polarised transponder by default. I expect your Sky unit would be unable to receive quite a few channels.

    Sky q

A Sky-q lnb is not suitable for a freesat box except for the latest Arris 4K box. You need to swap it for a hybrid design that has 2 sky-q outputs plus universal outputs for the freesat units.
