5000T registration code please help!

Hi
I've just got my 5000T and I'm wanting to set up the live TV app as I'm permanently bedbound and spend alot of time in hospital. When I go to retrieve my registration code I can't I can see the option remote recording but it's not lit up so I can't select it. Is there any other way to get my registration code? It's important that I can record when in hospital. Thank you very much for any help you can give.

He posted on three different threads and I have posted a possible solution on one of the threads (Turn on remote recording in settings).
