    Hi,

I have had the 500t for about 6 months but for the last couple it has been pixelating on some channels or displaying the no signal message.

I live in a strong signal area but the box is a fair way, 30m or so from the antenna.

I have tried rebooting, retuning and resetting the box.

It is up to date software wise.

I tried the TV without the box, through a booster near the antenna and I can see the troublesome channels with 100% quality and 70% signal strength.

Without the box I get 100% quality and 60% signal strength.

If I retune the box with the booster on I only get 25 or 39 channels.

With the booster bypassed I get 112.

But with the booster bypassed the TV is crap.

I have not looked at the antenna yet, if I get a dry day I will.

I am a bit lost tbh, is there a booster, my current one and antenna have been up a long time, more compatible with Humax?

    It worked well at first.

How is the signal being fed to the TV (via a splitter or from the aerial out socket of the Humax)?

    The aerial out socket.

Do you have power saving in standby set to off?

    No, it is on.

Which means the TV will receive a weak signal when the Humax is in standby.

I fitted a new booster, All In One, and a new splitter at the Humax.

Perfect signal on Humax and TV.

I have not fitted the new antenna yet, waiting for a dry day.
