Just got the box and very happy, but as we are replacing a PC used as an Internet portal, would like to add apps for other TV channel catch ups.Internet site seems to say this cannot be done. Is this correct,please?

The portal has just had a major overhaul by Humax and it is not currently clear what facilities the HDR Fox T2 is going to get from it.

I don't want to disappoint anyone but although there is likely to be some new Humax firmware which will make Apps. available, it is very unlikely that the new Apps. will include any more catch-up TV services such as 4OD, Demand5, ITV player etc. Humax now sell a YouView Box that has all the catch-up services so they not going to give them to you on the HDR-Fox T2. You can have a look at what you are likely to get by trying out the P.C. version of the portal HERE, note you may have to use cursor keys and <Return> rather than pointing with a mouse.
