after pause on live t.v. I get text. how do you turn it off.

When we are watching a programme and if we pause live t.v. and then resume watching on catchup mode, we get text for the remainder of the programme. Text is turned off, yet it always shows text when you resume veiwing. Can you turn this off as we find it very annoying

While tuned to that channel go into the Menu and turn subtitles on and then go in again and turn them off. You need to repeat this for each channel affected. You can also turn them off by pressing the Exit key but that is only temporary.
