Attaching external speakers

Can I attach some speakers via RCA leads?

Not sure about the RAC outlet on the Humax.
Most products that provide audio output do so at line level and would not drive passive speakers so powered Active speakers would be required.

A stereo pair of speakers designed for a computer with a built in amplifier or a seperate AV receiver and speakers is needed. You will need a RCA audio to mini stereo socket for most PC speakers. The ones linked below have a line input socket so the lead listed should work OK.
