Can anyone help with this problem on our 1000s.
when we select ITV we get a blank screen with a message saying
"Audio Video Decoding Buffer is underrun".All other channels are available and we are not presently recording

Try keying in 2580 on the remote.

Just tried that but I can only key in 258 then it says no such channel.

Have the same trouble 103 is ok have the problem on all other itv stations

We can get 119 but not 103

Changed over to the G2 box. No 119, 118, 114, 112 116 (AV overrun). G1 box shows zero for these channels Freesat or ITV must have a major fault.

itv just announced that they have problems on Satelite transmissions

Just heard the ITV announcement about their Satelite problems.Just glad its not my Humax box.

All back on since approx 20:30. Reports indicate satellite viewers Sky, Freesat and Virgin cable all affected. Strange that on the G2 boxes some channels off reported buffer overrun and others channel was scrambled. ITV-HD recording of Emmerdale is toast
Luckily recorded it from Freeview as well
