My old Humax 9200T and my Samsung TV both auto tune the same number fo channels.
But my new Humax Fox T2 does not find:
    5* 5USA, Dave, Quest, 5+1, E4, E4+1, More 4 all very annoying.

This means I need to keep mu old unreliable 9200T handy for recording on thses channels.

Anyone suggest how I can get them tuned in on my new Humax?

Manual tuning didnt work for any of the missing channels!

I am scared to set the Fox T2 to Default and start again with seaching the channels as it also displays "HDD Format" in this window and I dont want to do that and lose all my recordings!

What transmitter are you receiving from? Could you provide the first part of your postcode?

We get our signal from the Isle of Wight Postcode PO20.
The Humax 9200T and my Samsung HD TV both pick up every available channel.

I have tried just now to Re set the Humax Fox t" to factory default and re tune.

Now I cant even get all the channels I did get. Film four, Yesterday, E4, 4Seven all pixelated due to bad tuning.

Have you tried checking the channels you use for each MUX against this site?

It might give you some food for thought.

Dont know how to check the channels on this site.
Rowridge transmitter is fully operational and anyway.........

I get all the channels on my OLD HUMAX 9200T and my Samsung HD TV so why does the Fox T" not find them all.

Beginning to wish I hadnt bought the thing, been nothing but trouble so far and HUMAX are no help at all!

On the Humax remote press Menu then select Settings then System then Signal detection. Press the OK button which will show a list of numbers. Tell us what those numbers are.

I don't think you noticed there was a link-to-site there!
The site lists the channels, strengths and alternates (note the difference on polarisation
