Automatic power down?

Hi all,
i was watching tv this morning through my Humax box when a message appeared i haven't seen before, It said something like.....Your system will shut down in 2 minutes due to an Automatic power down, there was an option to continue or not but it shut down before i had time to react, i turned the box back on but i have no idea what this Power down is, Could someone explain please, thanks.

i think i found the answer, apparently it does this if there is no input after 3 hours? i also see it can be turned off.....still learning things about this box.

The option to turn this off is here :- Menu >> Settings >> System >> Power Management >> Automatic Power Down = Off
