Further to my previous post about recording problems at low temperature, we tried to watch Call the Midwife on iPlayer today - since this was one programme where the original recording was no good.
I managed to get it to play, by my wife wanted to skip forwards to get to the bits she hadn't seen (she had managed to watch some bits of the 'failed' recording). However, although we could pause the playback and then resume with Run, we couldn't find any way of skipping some of the content. Pressing either >> or pressing the circular control surrounding OK at 3 o'clock did precisely nothing!
Presumably you CAN skip forward? If so, HOW?
