BBC Iplayer Problems

For the last few days the BBC Iplayer app on my 2000T won't load: it stays stuck on the 'loading' page. I've made no changes to any settings that I'm aware of. BBC News and BBC Sport apps work fine (as do other non-BBC apps).

Is anyone else having similar problems? Any suggestions to fix?

    thanks

    Stuart

A suggestion on hummy.tv is that may be the updates that were in update 1.01.18 are now needed.
What HDR-2000T software version do you have according to the HDR-2000T's system menu?

Also are you the same Stuart as Stuart Thompson on hummy.tv? The initial posts for the two threads were made within minutes of each other.

The danger of doing this without being open about it is that someone may spend a lot of their time writing a post to help you out on one thread when what they are trying to say has already been said on the other.

I don't have 1800/2000T but it is working OK on HDR-FOX-T2 which I think uses the same version of iplayer. Streamed McMafia and Taboo Episodes 1 in highest quality without any problemds.

Just to say that, following Humax's advice, I did a factory reset and it now loads fine.

    Thanks for everyone's input.
