BBC Red Button access from Freeview HD channels

    Being rolled out to BBC One HD, BBC Two HD, BBC Three HD and CBBC HD. Not coming to the Com7 HD channels.

    So Red Button users will no longer have to switch from HD to SD to get the Red Button menu.
