BBC2 HD blocking programming

    if I am watching BBC2 HD or programme BBC2 HD, it overrides everything and allows no further programming or viewing. What do do?

    It sounds like the box has got itself into a state, factory reset it, without format, make sure it finds two lnb's on initial setup
