Since DLNA stopped working I have been using USB sticks to copy recordings but now I'm getting

Cannot copy files. File size exceeds the limit
error, is this a problem with the recording being too big or not enough space on my USB stick? there is plenty of free space on the USB stick. On my old 9200T there was a way to split recordings is that possible on the 4000T?

It sounds as though the stick is formatted as FAT32 which has a maximum file size of 4GB. If the files you are trying to move are HD recordings then the file size can exceed 4GB which trigger the message you are seeing. One possible solution would be to format the USB stick as NTFS.

Thanks that was the problem, I formatted the stick as NTFS and now it's copying, the recording is an SD recording and over 3 hours long
