Cannot fast forward, or rewind live TV

Hi
I've noticed recently, that I cannot rewind or fast forward live TV. I can pause the programme fine, but as for rewind or fast forward, it no longer works.. well you can only rewind once, and then it refuses to rewind again.... I did a factory reset, and it seemed to be fine for a few weeks, but the problem has come back now! I have a 6 year old T2000, and it had been working without any issues at all in the past, but this issue is getting annoying!! I wonder if you can only use this function on certain TV stations??
