CANT GET ITV PLAYER ON MY FOXSAT HDR

I have the new software 1.00.07 and have done a factoryt reset as advised but am getting a message not currently available (10007)

any ideas

It should be 1.00.17 and yes you should be getting ITV Player.

Can you use BBCi player ?
