Catch-up TV

    Can anyone help? When I am in the guide and go back to catch-up TV, I can only get the BBC programmes. IPlayer loads up when I click on a programme. On any other channel a screen with information comes up and a close button, nothing else. I can get to ITV player, etc by going through the menu and on demand.
