Ch 4 HD & Ch 4 +1 failed to record all week

    OK Sad i know but i tape "couples Come Dine with me" on 126 everyday and i also tape Posh Pawnbrokers on ch 4 +1 121 these are both at 5pm, however since the screw up the other day with Ch 4 HD and no EPG it has failed to cap any of these 2, most other stuff is fine but these are just failing to cap, anyone heard of anything like this before if so any fix?

    I have turned it off at the mains for about 2 mins and turned back on but still nothing, I'm stumped

    Suggest you delete the reservation and add it again.

    Channel 4 HD epg missing again on Freetime HDR1000S, this time it's still present on G1 Foxsat-HDR.

    I am having the same problem on C4/C4HD/C4+1 on my HDR1000S. Scheduled recordings failing for just over a week and set planned series recording are disappearing from the schedule. I have tried deleting and resetting the reservations but without success. Anybody have any idea what's going on?

    Suggest you delete the reservation and add it again.

    I done that but still the same issue, my EPG seems fine it's set to record but fails to record anything.

    As I suspect the issue is with the EPG for C4, I have just reported the problem to Freesat themselves. Maybe anyone else with the same issue should do the same. The email address to write to is:

    Just had this reply from Freesat Customer Services:

    "I can confirm that Channel 4 had technical difficulties that interrupted EPG information on Freesat.

    This has since been rectified, so if you are still experiencing issues, you may need to perform a factory reset of your Freesat box.

    If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again by email, phone or web chat at http://www.freesat.co.uk/help"

    Hopefully resolved now.
