Do you mean you cannot access the Web Interface of the custom firmware for the FOXSAT? If so are you confident that you have the correct IP address?

You would need Samba enabled on the Chromebook. Easy on a PC based laptop. No idea if possible on a chromebook.

if you can do this using a chromebook. Alternatively add a FTP client package
on the Foxsat and a ftp client like Filezilla on the Chromebook.

Samba is a default program on the Chromebook. I think the problem is that it doesn't support SMB 1.

    Thanks.

Presumably using FTP should work OK ?

If there is an FTP client in the Chrome Store then yes; at a quick look I could see one. A possible solution is to visit ftp://website/ in Chrome. For example:

    ftp://username:password@192.168.1.1/

I don't have a FOXSAT to try that on.

I have the foxsat but no access to a chromebook. The OP would need to try this. If help is needed to set up the Foxsat then they should post. I prefer FTP to Samba to copy the Foxsat recordings anyway.
