    Mine seems to be the second one.On the manual it says it is a HDR-FOX T2.

    So i guess that means my Humax is freeview NOT freesat,oops!
    So how can i get both the Humax and Tv get signal?

    Plug the aerial cable into the Humax aerial in socket. Plug an aerial fly lead into the Humax aerial out and the TV aerial socket. Turn off power saving in standby on the Humax.

    On this Forum you click on URL to insert a hyperlink; the first dialog that comes up allows you to paste the link, the second one allows you to put in free text.

    NOW...how to connect my amplifier to the set up ? It's an old one so doesn't support HDMI or optical.
    So,i have an xbox 360,panasonic viera and a humax pvr.

    What's best way to connect to my amp?

    That only leaves analogue audio out from the sources.

    Red White Phono sockets, Scart socket with adaptor to pick up the Right/Left Audio outputs or a Stereo 3.5mm audio output socket.
