I periodically move larger recordings from my 2000T to an external USB HDD. This normally works fine, but some transfers are refused with the above error message. A symbol of a Disk with red cross is also shown against these few problem recordings when browsing media on the 2000T. I'm not certain, but I think this error may be connected with failed attempts to move these files before, e.g. where power to the external HDD has accidentally been disconnected whilst transfer was still ongoing in the background

Has anyone any ideas how to fix this?

Use Raydons AV2-HDR to reset the copy flag. The copy once restriction is set once you start the copy. If it fails it will still remain as copy zero. Pretty sure this works with your box.

How can AV2HDR-T2 be used to update videos that are not already external to the Humax HDR?

Ones that are already copied do not need to be processed. Provided the OP hasn't deleted the one's that cannot be copied and they are still on the box HDD, resetting the copy flag will allow them to be copied as normal. If they have been deleted then they cannot be archived.
