Using HDR- FOX T2 (SW Version FHTCP 1.03.12 , loader version a7.33) for years but now like to copy a TV recording to USB stick
and then uploaded to my PC Windows 10.
I uploaded the recording to my PC without problems but unable to watch the .TS File on my PC.
Used VLC player to read/play but no results.

Used a few free converters to change .TS format to MPEG but get msg like unable to import file. (I only use the .ts file)

example free 5KPLAYER converter says that AIR Play is not supported.

Has anybody done this before and how ?
Or what free converter did you use to get the proper format and what format?
    Thanks,
    Joep ... Southampton

If the programme was HD it will be encrypted. SD programmes are decrypted when they are copied to USB.

    Thanks Graham,
It was a BBC HD program.
Now the question is how to decrypt and continue ?
    Thanks

Graham, just solved my dilemma by copying a non-HD program to USB and that plays without problems on PC using VLC or media player.
    Problems are often simple afterwards!
you just put me in the right direction
    thanks for that

You might want to pop over to hummy.tv and read about the capabilities of the custom firmware for the HDR-FOX T2.
