I can find the media files with explorer but not with WMP. Can't seem to attach the device/ folders to 'other libraries'. Can play my videos with film & TV app or I can open it with WMP, but says it can't share as on another computer. Whatever I've tried I can't get the folder to share.

Did you try after mapping the share as a connected network drive?

Yes the drive is mapped and files readable by Apple TV etc.
What appears to be the problem is that Twonky Media Server is only on my backup drive and not on the other drive. Not sure what happened to it and haven't figured out how to reinstate it.

Did a search on the Internet and found how to reinstate Twonky Media Server. Now all up and running.
