For any F1 fans the news that there will be no races on Freeview from 2019 may not be great.
For me, this is very bad news. I can't get satellite reception where I live, so Freeview is my only option.
In any case, only race highlights will be shown on the free-to-air satellite, with the exception of the British GP which will be the full race.
So Sky wins again, which I think was inevitable after the BBC sold us down the river and agreed to 50% broadcast rights, split with Sky, a couple of years ago.
Could this be the end of Formula One as we know it in the UK?
