What is the best way of receiving foreign channel, like Italian, Spanish, French? Do I need to have a satellite dish installed or is there a special online box I need to get?

You would likely need a motorised satellite dish.

If you post on AV forums in the Free To Air threads. There is a very experienced poster (pedro) who specialises in motorised installs and should be able to advise which orbital points provide the foreign language programmes you want.

    Bit more info here.
